Terms of Service — VTU Network

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VTU Network ("we", "us", "our") and its website and mobile application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your password and transaction PIN confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Wallet and payments

You fund your wallet by bank transfer or card through our payment partners; your wallet is credited once payment is confirmed.
You are responsible for entering the correct recipient details (phone number, meter number, smartcard, etc.). Purchases sent to a wrong but valid recipient may not be reversible.
Successful transactions are generally non-refundable. Failed transactions are refunded to your wallet automatically.
Prices, fees, discounts and any cashback or rewards are shown in the app and may change at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and to comply with all applicable laws and the rules of the networks and billers involved.

4. Service availability

Services depend on third-party networks, billers and payment providers and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for failures caused by these third parties.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, are involved in fraud, or as required by law. You may request to close your account at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount of the affected transaction.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
