- Account information: your name, username, email address and phone number.
- Identity / KYC information: where required to create a dedicated payment account or meet regulatory obligations, we may collect your BVN and/or NIN. These are used only for verification and are stored securely.
- Transaction information: the services you buy (airtime, data, electricity, cable TV, bills and others), amounts, recipients, wallet funding and balances, and transaction history.
- Payment information: wallet funding is processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
- Device & usage information: device type, app version, and basic technical and log data used to operate and secure the Service.
- Optional information: profile details (e.g. title, date of birth, gender, address, state) and saved beneficiaries you choose to add.
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and wallet.
- To process the purchases and bill payments you request and deliver them to the recipient you provide.
- To verify your identity and generate dedicated bank/virtual account numbers where applicable.
- To send transaction receipts, one-time passwords (OTP), security alerts and service notifications.
- To provide customer support and resolve complaints.
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To comply with legal, tax and regulatory requirements.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the Service:
- Service providers: payment processors, telecom and bill-payment aggregators, identity-verification partners, and SMS/email delivery providers, strictly to fulfil your requests.
- Legal & regulatory: where required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect our rights, users and the public.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Data security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, a transaction PIN, optional biometric (fingerprint) authentication, and screenshot protection on sensitive screens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and continually improve our safeguards.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to provide the Service, keep transaction records, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. When no longer required, information is deleted or anonymised.

- Access and update your profile information from within the app or website.
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data.
- Request account deletion. You can start this from the app, or by contacting us using the details below.
- Opt out of non-essential notifications (some service and security messages are required).
7. Children
The Service is intended for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services (for example payment gateways). Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.
